Brown’s “Southern Smoke” is a new family operated carryout restaurant in NWI! We specialize in authentic southern smoked meats. The menu is inspired by Mr. Brown’s southern family recipes and generations of preparing authentic smoked meats. Our meats are cooked in the smokers to the point where the meat is so tender it falls off of the bone. The details in the technique used during the smoking process makes the meat flavorfully tasteful even without adding barbecue sauce.
